It’s been proven to be effective for golfers wanting to really get better. Results happen right away! This unique golf training workshop program integrates quality instruction, golf fitness and includes enhanced mindfulness practices, that is suitable for players of all skill levels – from beginners to pros! And, it works. Period. 

The day begins at Lotus Valley Golf Resort, near Bangkok, with breakfast, followed by an orientation, providing a great way to kick off the day. After breakfast, students then begin the golf training workshop modules. The intense training ends with a tasty lunch and summary report from the Black Hat Golf Instructor.

• Orientation 
• Golf and Health 
• Golf to Better Your Career 

09:00 Putting  

• Improve your putting stroke and learn distance control and reading greens. 

10:00 Short Game Practice & Development 

• Chipping – around the fringe, just off the green. 
• Pitching - improve your chipping, learn distance control and club selection from 10 – 50 yards. 
• Approach shots – understand and become more comfortable and confident within 150 yards. 

11:00 Full Swing Practice & Development 

• Driver, Irons, Woods - develop a very effective swing that optimizes both distance and accuracy. 

12:00 Lunch and Wrap-Up
